misunderstood completely

I misunderstood what the product does. I was looking for a program to help me produce (printable) forms that I could translate to .pdf format. Turns out Word does a reasonable job, so I'll learn how to do this. And I will uninstall printcontrols as I have no idea what it does (very confusing!).

The ratings I have indicated are just to allow me to send this. I have no idea how good any of the program is, in fact.
